MarkosASPROUIt is with the the greatest sadness and regret that we announce the passing of Markos Asprou from Eptakomi, Cyprus and Barry, South Wales. A wonderful husband, amazing father, devoted grandfather, brother and uncle. He died at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff on the 18th October 2022. He was surrounded by his wife and family. Over the last two days, we have heard so many kind words and comforting tales of how he has positively impacted people and their lives over many years and generations. His funeral will take place on the 14th November 2022, at 12.30pm, at St Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Cardiff and burial at Barry Cemetery. This will be followed by an opportunity for us to be together to celebrate and reflect upon his life at the Beech Tree Restaurant, Old Post Road, Wenvoe, Cardiff.
